Where can I get my PS5 repaired in London?
OG Repairs repairs PS5, PS5 Slim and PS5 Pro consoles at its workshop at Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London SE15 1TR, about 10 minutes' walk from South Bermondsey station. Drop-off is by appointment, and UK customers can post consoles in with a prepaid Royal Mail QR label, returned tracked, free.
How long does a PS5 repair take?
At OG Repairs standard turnaround is 1-3 working days once a PS5 is with us, whether it is dropped off or posted in. A PS5 that won't turn on usually takes 3-5 working days with the specialist board technician. Same-day repairs are possible with the priority service, which carries a fee.

Do you charge for diagnosis?
No fix, no fee. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnosis is included free. If we diagnose it and you decide not to go ahead, there's a £35 diagnostic fee. Either way you know what's wrong and what it costs before any work starts.
Where can I get my PS5 repaired in London?
At our workshop: Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London SE15 1TR, just off the Old Kent Road. South Bermondsey station is about a 10-minute walk, and Queens Road Peckham and Surrey Quays are about 15 minutes. Visits are by appointment, so book a free drop-off slot first.
Can I post my PS5 in for repair?
Yes, from anywhere in the UK. Pick the repair and pay online. Add a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout and we email you a QR code to show at any Post Office, so there's nothing to print. It comes back to you tracked, free. Console repairs are a UK service, so we can't accept consoles posted from abroad.
How long does a PS5 repair take?
Standard turnaround is 1 to 3 working days once it's with us, dropped off or posted in. A PS5 that won't turn on goes to our specialist board technician and usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Need it back the same day? That's possible with our priority service*. When we're very busy a repair can take up to 7-10 working days, and we'll tell you. (*A priority fee applies, and it depends on the fault, parts and how busy the workshop is. Ask the team when you book.)
Do you repair the PS5 Slim and PS5 Pro?
Yes. Each has its own board, so each has its own prices: pick your model above. Most repairs for the original PS5 have a Slim and a Pro version, and where we don't list one at a fixed price we quote it first.
Is it worth repairing a PS5?
Usually, yes: the common faults (HDMI port, overheating, a failed power supply) cost a fraction of a new console, and the repair carries a 12-month warranty. If the diagnosis shows it isn't worth it to you, we say so, and we can buy it as it is through Sell Your Tech.
Will I lose my games and saves?
Most repairs don't touch the storage, so your games and saves stay where they are. If a repair does involve the storage, like an SSD fault, we tell you before any work starts.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every repair we do carries a 12-month warranty on the parts we fit and the work.
