Standard Shipping for Refurbished or Customised Controllers
Dispatch Times
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
UK Shipping Options
- Standard (2–4 business days): £5.99
- Free Shipping: Orders £50.00 and above qualify for free standard shipping.
EU Shipping Options (European Union)
- Standard International (2–11 business days): £14.99
International Shipping Options (Outside EU)
- Standard International (3–17 business days): £23.99

Shipping for Repairs
Drop-Off Option
Customers may choose to drop off their item at our location for repairs:

Send-In Option
Customers can send their item to us using their own preferred shipping method or request a prepaid label from us (charges may apply).
- Once the repair is complete, we will return the item using our UK Standard Service (2–4 business days) at no additional cost.
- Paid upgrades for faster return shipping are available upon request.
Order Processing Times
- All orders and repairs are processed during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM).
- Orders or repairs received after 3 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Taxes & Duties
- UK Orders: Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
- EU & International Orders: Additional import duties, customs charges, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- OG Repairs cannot predict or control these charges—please check with your local customs office for more details.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier. Replacements or refunds will be provided once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
Undeliverable Items
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay duties/taxes, or missed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
- If you no longer want the order, we can refund the product price (excluding original shipping costs) once the parcel is returned to us in its original condition.
Additional Notes
- Prepaid Labels for Repairs: Can be purchased at checkout or arranged via customer service.
- Delivery Delays: OG Repairs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances, but we will assist in resolving any issues.
