1. What services do you offer?
We specialise in console and controller repairs, refurbished gaming gear, hardware upgrades (such as Hall Effect analog sticks), and selling high-quality replacement parts for DIY fixes.
2. Do you sell outside the UK?
Yes, while we are UK-based, we also ship to the EU and international customers. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your region.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be handled the next working day.
4. What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
- UK: Standard (2–4 business days) – £6.99, Free for orders £50+
- EU: Standard International (2–11 business days) – £14.99

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
6. Do your refurbished controllers come with a warranty?
Yes, all refurbished controllers are covered by a 12-month warranty, which includes faults arising from normal use but excludes accidental damage or misuse.
7. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
We only accept returns for defective, incorrect, or eligible items. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Please review our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
8. How do I return an item?
- Return Method: By mail
- Return Label: Download/Print provided for defective/incorrect items
- Return Label Cost: Free for defective/incorrect items, otherwise customer is responsible
- Refund Processing: Within 10 business days after inspection
9. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or refund.

11. Who pays for customs and duties?
For EU and international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, and taxes.
