Can an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller be repaired?
Yes. OG Repairs fixes Elite Series 2 stick drift, back buttons, bumpers and peeling grips. Stick drift with standard sticks is £38.99, or £58.99 with TMR sticks, and sticky back buttons are £44.99. Repairs carry a 12-month warranty, at the London workshop or by post.

How much does an Xbox controller repair cost?
Xbox Series X|S controller stick drift is £19.99 (TMR sticks £29.99), sticky buttons £19.99, bumpers £19.99 and triggers £19.99. Xbox One pads are the same work at £19.99 for drift. Every price is fixed, with a 12-month warranty.
How much is an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller repair?
Elite Series 2 stick drift is £38.99 (TMR sticks £58.99), sticky back buttons £44.99, and a new back shell for peeling grips £59.99. The Elite has more parts than a standard pad, so its prices are separate.
What if you can't fix it?
No fix, no fee: if we can't repair your controller, you don't pay for the repair.
Can I post my controller in?
Yes, from anywhere in the world. In the UK, add a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout and show the QR code at any Post Office, so there's nothing to print. From abroad, we send the workshop address and instructions after you book. It comes back to you tracked, free.
How long does a controller repair take?
Most controller repairs take a couple of hours on the bench, and standard turnaround is 1 to 3 working days once it's with us. Need it back the same day? Get in touch with the team about a priority slot before you book. When we're very busy it can take up to 7-10 working days, and we'll tell you if so.
Where are you in London?
Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London SE15 1TR, just off the Old Kent Road and about 10 minutes' walk from South Bermondsey station. Visits are by appointment, so book a free drop-off slot first.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every repair carries a 12-month warranty on the parts we fit and the work.
