Are Macros or Rapid Fire available?

Not this specific controller no. However for the OG Custom Pro Controller, Headshot & Fully Loaded(Optional OP OG Remap Chip) does unlock more advanced input options though, including double input and triple input on remapped buttons, which can give a similar feel in the right scenarios. It also has Macro capability. As noted in our tournament legality FAQ, these features aren't permitted in competitive play, so they're best suited to casual or single-player use.

How quickly will I receive it?

Is this tournament legal?
