Only Gaming ("we", "us", or "our") operates the OG Controller Tester mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information You Provide

• Account Information: If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. Sign-in is optional — you can use the App without creating an account.

b) Information Collected Automatically

• Analytics Data: We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as which features you use, session duration, and general interaction patterns. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
• Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• Crash Reports: We may collect anonymous crash and performance data to improve the App's stability.

c) Information We Do NOT Collect

• Controller Data: All controller data (stick positions, button inputs, calibration data, device information, serial numbers, firmware versions) is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
• USB Data: All USB HID communication with your controller stays entirely on your device.
• Microphone Audio: When you use the microphone test feature, audio levels are measured locally in real-time. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's functionality
• To understand how users interact with the App and improve our features
• To display relevant advertisements
• To send push notifications (only if you opt in via Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• To log calibration activity to your account (if signed in) for history tracking

3. Data Storage

• Local Storage: Calibration history, LED colour preferences, and app settings are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data is not transmitted externally.
• Cloud Storage: If you sign in, basic activity logs (calibration events) may be stored in Google Firebase Firestore to provide calibration history across sessions.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging)
• Google AdMob (Advertising)
• Google Sign-In (Optional authentication)

5. Permissions

The App requests the following device permissions:

• USB Access: Required to communicate with controllers via USB OTG for calibration, LED control, vibration testing, and device information.
• Vibrate: Required to trigger controller vibration tests.
• Internet & Network State: Required for analytics, ads, authentication, and cloud features.
• Microphone: Required only for the controller microphone test feature. Audio is never recorded or transmitted.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. Data Retention

• Local data (calibration history, preferences) persists until you clear app data or uninstall the App.
• Firebase Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention policies.
• Account data can be deleted by contacting us (see below).

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Use the App without signing in (no personal data collected)
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of personalised ads via your device's ad settings
• Clear all local app data at any time through your device settings

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All communication with Firebase services is encrypted via HTTPS. Controller data never leaves your device.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy within the App or on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
