    Our diagnostics fee is £15, which will be deducted from the final repair cost if you choose to proceed. If not, we’ll simply return your console to you. You’ll also receive clear instructions on how to send your console to us or drop it off for repair.

    After confirming your repair order, expect to receive an email with packaging and shipping instructions. You can either send it directly or choose a prepaid label for drop-off at your local Post Office, during checkout

    As soon as you have completed your order we will send you a confirmation email with our address to send in your controller to, or a prepaid shipping label if you opted for this option during checkout.

    We offer a 3 month warranty on all repairs carried out at OG Repairs.
