OG Controller Tester — by Only Gaming

We respect your right to control your data. If you would like to delete your OG Controller Tester account and all associated data, follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to support@ogrepairs.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - OG Controller Tester"
2. Include the email address associated with your Google Sign-In so we can locate your account.
3. We will process your request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your account profile (name, email address, profile picture from Google Sign-In)
• Calibration activity logs stored in Firebase Firestore
• Any data associated with your user ID in our systems

What Data Is Retained

• Anonymous analytics data: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage analytics collected via Firebase Analytics cannot be linked back to your account and are retained for product improvement purposes.
• Local device data: Calibration history, LED colour preferences, and app settings stored locally on your device are not affected by account deletion. To remove this data, clear the app's storage in your device settings or uninstall the App.

Retention Period

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. Once processed, all identifiable account data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Using the App Without an Account

Signing in is optional. If you delete your account, you can continue using OG Controller Tester as a guest with full access to all testing and calibration features. No personal data is collected when using the App without an account.
