Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Console Processing Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help us check in and prepare consoles and controllers, keep things organised, and support day-to-day operations.
You don’t need to be a technician, we’ll train you on everything. If you’ve worked in packaging, warehousing, quality checking, or even just enjoy DIY, you’ll find a lot of the skills crossover here.
What you’ll do
- Check in consoles and controllers (labelling, condition notes, simple visual checks)
- Keep our stock tidy and updated using Trello / computer systems
- Clean and prepare consoles and controllers for the next stage
- Disassemble simple items (like controllers) — full training provided
- Help with packing and general warehouse/admin tasks
- (Occasional) customer-facing support, such as assisting with collections/checkouts
What we’re looking for
- Good attention to detail and able to follow checklists
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks (cleaning, light DIY, unscrewing parts)
- Basic computer skills (using Trello, typing notes, moving items through the workflow)
- Clear English communication skills (fluency preferred)
- A team player who’s happy to pitch in with day-to-day tasks
- Interest in gaming is a bonus, but not essential
Why join us?
- Friendly and supportive team environment
- Training provided, no prior console experience needed
- Opportunities to develop new skills over time
- Be part of a growing business with a focus on sustainability
