After confirming your repair order, expect to receive an email with packaging and shipping instructions, and a prepaid label for drop-off at your local Post Office, during checkout.

If your Nintendo Switch or OLED model isn’t turning on, showing no signs of life, or not charging, we’ll diagnose and repair the issue professionally.

💡 Important Note:
If your device has an unrepairable fault such as a faulty SoC (System on Chip), we’ll return the console to you at no extra cost beyond the diagnosis.
