Combien de temps prend une réparation ?
La plupart des réparations sont terminées le jour même si tu déposes ton appareil à notre atelier de Londres, ou sous 1 à 3 jours ouvrés pour un envoi postal. Nous te tenons informé tout du long.
Envoyez-vous une preuve de la réparation ?
Oui - nous envoyons des photos et une vidéo avant/après montrant le défaut réparé, pour que tu sois rassuré sur le travail avant même que ton appareil ne te soit rendu.
Puis-je le déposer en personne ?
Les clients du Royaume-Uni peuvent le déposer à notre atelier de Londres (Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London, SE15 1TR). L'envoi postal est disponible partout dans le monde - choisis simplement ton option préférée lors de la commande.
Y a-t-il une garantie ?
Chaque réparation, amélioration et montage personnalisé est couvert par une garantie de 12 mois de notre atelier de Londres.
Comment envoyer mon appareil par la poste ?
Choisis ‘Envoi postal’ lors de la commande, emballe soigneusement ta manette ou ta console, et envoie-la à notre atelier. Les instructions complètes étape par étape te sont envoyées par e-mail après ta commande.

I bought a pair of TMRs for my DualSense Edge, and they fit perfectly. The idea of sending the customer a video and photos of the calibration is excellent - it really instills confidence and credibility. Great work!

Was suffering from stick drift on my PS5 controller so sent it in to OG Repairs for an upgrade to the TMR Gulikit sticks. Photos showing the upgrades, a video pre-upgrade confirming stick drift, then a video post-upgrade showing it was gone. Very impressed and will return.

I ordered a custom controller with back buttons, mouse-click buttons and triggers. Took a bit longer than expected but I was refunded for the extra time thanks to great customer support. Would recommend, and the 1-year warranty is good peace of mind.

Very happy customer - I ordered the GuliKit TMR replacement analog sticks for my DualSense Edge. Whenever I asked how progress was going they were very happy to help and explained what was happening. No more stick drift. Highly recommend this company.

Back button was stuck inside the controller, so it was repaired same day. Slightly longer than estimated but still same day and I've had no issues since.
