Important Update: Short 1 Week Pause for Service Improvements at OG Repairs

Your incredible support has powered a huge surge in demand for our console, controller, and tech repair services. Your trust means the world to us.

To continue giving you the best possible experience, we’re taking a short break to upgrade our workshop and streamline our repair process. These improvements will help us handle more repairs, offer new services, and make everything smoother for you.

🗓 Key Dates to Know:

• Last day for repairs before the break:
  📅 Monday, July 14th
  If your device qualifies for a same-day repair and you bring it in before this date, you’ll get it back as usual shipped or ready for collection.

• Temporary pause:
  ⏸️ Wednesday, July 16th to Thursday, July 23rd
  During this window, we won’t be accepting or processing new repairs. Any devices received after July 14th will be worked on once we reopen.

• Back to business:
  ✅ Thursday, July 24th
  Normal operations resume! We’ll begin returning devices and accepting new orders as usual.

We appreciate your patience while we level up behind the scenes. This short break means faster turnarounds, more service options, and an even better OG experience going forward.
