La mayoría de las reparaciones se completan el mismo día si lo entregas en nuestro taller de Londres, o en 1-3 días laborables si lo envías por correo. Te mantenemos informado en todo momento.
¿Enviáis una prueba de la reparación?
Sí - enviamos fotos y un vídeo de antes y después mostrando el fallo reparado, para que puedas confiar en el trabajo incluso antes de recibir tu dispositivo de vuelta.
¿Puedo entregarlo en persona?

I bought a pair of TMRs for my DualSense Edge, and they fit perfectly. The idea of sending the customer a video and photos of the calibration is excellent - it really instills confidence and credibility. Great work!

Was suffering from stick drift on my PS5 controller so sent it in to OG Repairs for an upgrade to the TMR Gulikit sticks. Photos showing the upgrades, a video pre-upgrade confirming stick drift, then a video post-upgrade showing it was gone. Very impressed and will return.

I ordered a custom controller with back buttons, mouse-click buttons and triggers. Took a bit longer than expected but I was refunded for the extra time thanks to great customer support. Would recommend, and the 1-year warranty is good peace of mind.

Very happy customer - I ordered the GuliKit TMR replacement analog sticks for my DualSense Edge. Whenever I asked how progress was going they were very happy to help and explained what was happening. No more stick drift. Highly recommend this company.
